FUNDEES V1

Project Guidelines

The overall operating guidelines for the FUNDEES project — covering account identity, verified access, Fundee participation, USDT funding, FUNDEES AI, AI Credits, referrals, withdrawals, project transparency, security, and platform conduct.

1. Project purpose & participation

FUNDEES is an AI-powered digital platform with a participation ecosystem. These guidelines define how accounts, Project AI, Fundee participation, referrals, financial workflows, and platform conduct operate.

  • Participation must follow the current platform rules, Terms, Privacy Policy, and any published project updates.
  • Do not attempt to exploit, manipulate, automate abuse, or bypass product, account, referral, funding, withdrawal, or AI Credit controls.
  • Published project updates may improve the product and operational process, but locked financial rules are not changed silently.

2. One person, one account

Each person should maintain one FUNDEES account. Duplicate accounts must not be used to obtain duplicate benefits, manipulate referrals, or bypass limits.

  • A username is a unique account identifier and is checked through the platform's canonical username key.
  • An email address can belong to only one FUNDEES account.
  • Use accurate account information that belongs to you.
  • Different real people may share the same legal name, so a matching first/last name by itself is not treated as proof of a duplicate account.

3. Email verification & access

Email verification is required before an account can enter authenticated FUNDEES workspace areas.

  • Registration requires a properly formatted email address on a valid public mail domain that the user can access.
  • New users must verify ownership of the registered mailbox by opening the FUNDEES verification email and using its verification link.
  • Unverified accounts must not receive authenticated dashboard/workspace access.
  • After successful registration, FUNDEES tells the user to check their inbox and verify the email before attempting to sign in.
  • Public pages and the email-verification flow remain available so users can complete verification.
  • If an account email is later changed, the platform's email-change verification rules apply before the new address becomes the verified account email.

4. Account security

Users are responsible for protecting access to their account.

  • Use a strong password and keep credentials private.
  • Do not share account access or verification links.
  • Use password-reset and email-verification links only from trusted FUNDEES communications.
  • Report suspected compromise or unauthorized access through the available support channel.

5. Fund Project / Fundee participation

FUNDEES Fundee participation follows the currently locked V1 rules and deterministic backend calculations.

  • A Fund Project amount can be from PHP 500 to PHP 50,000.
  • The Fundee term is 30 days.
  • The Fundee calculation uses 2.5% daily compounding with centavo rounding each day.
  • At Day 30, an eligible Fundee becomes MATURED and the available next actions are Re-Fund or Complete Fundee.
  • Completing a Fundee moves the eligible released value to the Fundee withdrawal bucket; it is not an automatic payout.
  • Re-Fund does not create a new referral commission in V1.

6. External funding & payment proof

External Fundee funding is a manual-review process using the currently displayed USDT funding configuration.

  • Use only the receiving wallet, network, quote, QR, and instructions displayed by FUNDEES.
  • The PHP amount is converted using the current admin-configured PHP-per-USDT rate and the platform's approved rounding rule.
  • Uploading payment proof does not activate a Fundee automatically.
  • A Fundee becomes active only after manual administrative review and approval.
  • Do not submit altered, duplicated, misleading, or unrelated payment proof.

7. Project AI & AI Credits

FUNDEES AI is a product feature. AI Credits are a separate product-use balance and are not money.

  • AI Credits have no cash value, transfer value, or withdrawal value.
  • Eligible newly approved external Fundee funding can allocate AI Credits according to the active platform rule.
  • Re-Fund does not create a new AI Credit allocation in V1.
  • AI Credit use is metered by the approved production usage rule.
  • AI responses must never determine financial calculations, Fundee balances, referral commissions, or withdrawal amounts.

8. Referral & unilevel participation

Referral and unilevel rewards are a funded-user perk and follow the locked qualification rules.

  • A user qualifies only after their own approved Fundee establishes the required qualifying history.
  • L1 uses the locked direct referral rate; L2 through L5 use the locked lower-level rates.
  • There is no level compression in V1.
  • Missed commissions are not paid retroactively if a user qualifies later.
  • Re-Fund does not generate new referral commissions in V1.
  • Sponsor ancestry is treated as immutable under the platform's referral rules.
  • Creating or controlling duplicate accounts to manufacture referral activity is prohibited.

9. Withdrawals

Fundee and Referral balances are separate sources and follow their own eligibility rules.

  • Fundee withdrawal may be requested from a positive released Fundee balance.
  • Referral withdrawal requires at least PHP 1,000 in eligible Referral balance.
  • Fundee and Referral balances are not combined to satisfy withdrawal eligibility.
  • The current withdrawal service fee is 10%.
  • USDT payout amount is calculated from the eligible net PHP value using the applicable rate snapshot and approved rounding rule.
  • Withdrawal submission does not mean automatic payout; withdrawals are manually reviewed and processed.
  • Users are responsible for entering a compatible USDT wallet address for the displayed network.

10. Project updates & transparency

The Project page and published updates communicate current product progress and operational changes.

  • Project milestones and updates should reflect real product progress and must not be presented as fabricated activity.
  • Material product or policy updates should be published clearly when they affect how users interact with FUNDEES.
  • Internal development phase labels are not user-facing product guarantees.
  • The public participant counter is aggregate-only and must not expose private user identities or balances.

11. Fair use & prohibited conduct

Users must use FUNDEES in a way that protects the platform and other participants.

  • No duplicate-account farming, referral manipulation, payment-proof fraud, withdrawal abuse, or AI Credit manipulation.
  • No attempts to gain unauthorized admin access, bypass rate limits, tamper with requests, or interfere with background jobs.
  • Do not impersonate another person or knowingly submit another person's account/payment details as your own.
  • FUNDEES may restrict account access where necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, or comply with the Terms.

12. Manual administrative review

Some financial and operational actions intentionally require human review.

  • Payment approval/rejection is manual.
  • Withdrawal review and payout processing are manual.
  • Manual AI Credit adjustments are for authorized support/correction workflows and are recorded through the platform ledger.
  • Admin actions should remain auditable and role-protected.

13. Privacy, legal documents & policy precedence

These Project Guidelines summarize the practical rules for using FUNDEES.

  • The Terms and Privacy Policy remain the controlling legal documents.
  • Users should review the current Terms and Privacy Policy before participating.
  • If a guideline conflicts with an updated controlling legal document, the controlling legal document takes precedence.
  • These guidelines may be updated as the product evolves; material changes should be published clearly.

About the one-name rule

The intended rule is one person, one FUNDEES account — not one globally unique legal name. Different people can legitimately share the same name. FUNDEES therefore uses unique account identifiers such as canonical username and email while prohibiting duplicate-account manipulation.

Before participating

Review these Project Guidelines together with the current Terms and Privacy Policy. Financial activation and payout workflows remain subject to the platform eligibility rules and manual review process.
