Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to fundees.app and the FUNDEES services that link to it. References to "FUNDEES," "we," "us," or "our" mean the operator of the FUNDEES platform.

This Policy is written around the data the current platform actually uses. Where applicable law requires additional notices, consent, access rights, or identification of a specific legal entity or representative, FUNDEES will provide those details through the platform's official legal or contact notice.

We may process your name, username, email address, password hash, email-verification status, referral code, sponsor relationship, account role, account status, settings, and timestamps associated with registration and account changes.

Passwords are not stored in plaintext. Email-change and password-reset workflows may use temporary verification tokens, expiry times, security checks, and audit records.

We process Fund Project selections, PHP-denominated Fundee amounts, Fundee status, activation and maturity dates, compensation snapshots, daily accrual records, maturity actions, Re-Fund/Complete Fundee records, reward ledgers, referral commissions, wallet balances, withdrawal requests, fees, net payout amounts, and reconciliation data.

Financial records may be stored as immutable or append-only history so that past transactions can be reconciled against the rules and configuration that applied at the time.

When you submit external Fundee funding, we may process the selected project, PHP amount, quoted USDT amount, PHP-per-USDT rate snapshot, blockchain network, FUNDEES receiving-wallet details displayed to you, submission time, status, notes, and uploaded payment proof.

Payment proof may contain information visible in the file you choose to upload, such as wallet or exchange information, transaction details, timestamps, amounts, or other content shown in the screenshot or document. Submit only information reasonably necessary for payment review.

Payment proof is stored in private object storage and is accessed through controlled application routes for authorized review. It is not intended to be published as public media.

For withdrawals we process the withdrawal source, requested PHP amount, 10% service fee, net PHP amount, PHP-per-USDT rate snapshot, calculated USDT payout amount, blockchain network, destination USDT wallet address, request status, processing timestamps, and authorized admin review information.

We store the wallet and network information needed to execute and audit the payout. We do not require your wallet private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, or signing key.

We process AI Credit wallet balances, allocation transactions, grants or corrections, credit reservations, token usage, debits, releases, model/provider metadata, and reconciliation records.

When you use FUNDEES AI, we may process prompts, conversation content, generated responses, conversation titles, timestamps, model information, input tokens, output tokens, total usage, error information, and credits consumed. This information is used to provide conversation history, operate the AI service, calculate actual usage, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.

Content sent to an AI feature may be transmitted to the model provider selected by FUNDEES to generate a response. Do not submit secrets or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

We process referral codes, sponsor relationships, bounded referral ancestry, qualification state, referral levels, source Fundee references, commission rates, commission amounts, and related timestamps. Sponsor ancestry is retained to preserve referral integrity and financial audit history.

We may process in-app notification records, unread/read state, notification type, metadata, email delivery attempts, delivery status, failure information, and timestamps. These records help FUNDEES deliver account, Fundee, maturity, AI Credit, withdrawal, and project notices and troubleshoot delivery problems.

We may process IP address, user agent, request metadata, authentication events, audit logs, rate-limit information, error logs, security events, timestamps, and technical identifiers reasonably necessary to secure accounts and investigate abuse.

Security data may be retained longer when necessary to investigate fraud, account compromise, payment disputes, abuse, or incidents affecting the integrity of financial or AI Credit records.

We use information to:

• create, verify, authenticate, and secure accounts;
• provide FUNDEES AI and maintain conversation history;
• allocate, meter, reconcile, and audit AI Credits;
• create and administer Fundees and maturity actions;
• calculate deterministic compensation and referral records;
• review USDT funding proofs and manually process withdrawals;
• send in-app and email notifications;
• prevent fraud, duplicate processing, abuse, and unauthorized access;
• maintain immutable transaction and audit history;
• diagnose errors, improve reliability, and operate infrastructure; and
• comply with legal obligations and respond to valid requests where applicable.

FUNDEES uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform. Current production architecture may include Vercel for application hosting, Neon for PostgreSQL database infrastructure, Cloudflare R2 for private payment-proof object storage, Upstash for distributed rate limiting/cache infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, and AI model providers selected by FUNDEES for AI processing.

Providers receive only the categories of information reasonably necessary for the services they perform and process information under their own contractual, security, and legal obligations. Provider names or architecture may change as FUNDEES improves the platform.

Cloud and AI service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, FUNDEES will use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for cross-border processing.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and transaction history, meet security and fraud-prevention needs, resolve disputes, reconcile ledgers, comply with legal obligations, and enforce platform rules.

Some financial, referral, AI Credit, payment-review, notification-delivery, and audit records may need to be retained even after an account is no longer active because deleting them could break historical reconciliation or security evidence. Where deletion is appropriate, FUNDEES will delete or anonymize data in accordance with applicable law and operational requirements.

FUNDEES uses measures such as password hashing, verified email workflows, authorization checks, server-side validation, idempotency controls, database transactions, private payment-proof storage, rate limiting, audit logging, environment-based secret management, and controlled admin access.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should use a unique password, protect your email account, review wallet addresses carefully, and immediately report suspected unauthorized account access through the official support channel.

FUNDEES may use cookies or similar browser storage required for authentication, sessions, security, preferences, and essential application behavior. These technologies help keep you signed in, apply security controls, and remember settings.

If FUNDEES later introduces non-essential analytics or advertising technologies that require additional notice or consent under applicable law, the relevant choices will be presented separately.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where legally and technically appropriate, restriction or objection to certain processing, data portability, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

Some requests may be limited where FUNDEES must retain information for security, fraud prevention, immutable financial records, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or the rights of other users. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a privacy request.

FUNDEES supports secure account-email changes and may require your current password, email verification, uniqueness checks, expiring verification tokens, and re-authentication. These controls are used to prevent unauthorized transfer of an account.

FUNDEES does not need your wallet seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key, or exchange password to review funding or process a withdrawal. Do not upload or send these credentials.

If a person claiming to represent FUNDEES asks for a seed phrase, recovery phrase, or private key, do not provide it and report the request through the official platform contact channel.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, infrastructure, legal requirements, or data practices change. The current version and effective date will be published here. Material changes may also be communicated through in-app notifications or verified account contact methods where appropriate.

Privacy questions and rights requests should be submitted through the official support or contact channel made available on fundees.app. Do not include passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or recovery phrases in a privacy or support request.
