Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing FUNDEES, using FUNDEES AI, submitting a Fund Project payment, using AI Credits, participating in referral features, or requesting a withdrawal, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service. You must have the legal capacity and eligibility required by the laws that apply to you. FUNDEES may restrict access when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining access to your verified email, protecting your password, and keeping your account credentials confidential. You may not sell, transfer, rent, or share account access in a way that defeats platform security or identity controls.

FUNDEES may use email verification, password checks, security logs, rate limits, audit logs, manual review, and other reasonable controls to protect accounts and financial records. Suspicious, abusive, duplicated, automated, or fraudulent activity may be blocked or reviewed.

FUNDEES AI is the platform's AI-powered product for tasks such as writing, research, brainstorming, analysis, business assistance, and other supported uses. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Do not rely on AI output as a substitute for qualified professional advice in legal, medical, financial, accounting, tax, safety-critical, or other high-impact matters. You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use generated content.

AI requests may be processed by third-party model providers selected by FUNDEES. Usage is measured through the platform's AI Credit system and may be limited by available credits, rate limits, model availability, safety controls, and technical capacity.

A Fundee is the platform's participation position connected to a Fund Project. New external funding is currently submitted in USDT using the wallet address and blockchain network shown by FUNDEES. The underlying Fundee accounting remains PHP-denominated.

The current V1 Fund Project range is ₱500 to ₱50,000. A payment submission does not activate a Fundee automatically. The user submits the required proof, and FUNDEES manually reviews the payment. A Fundee becomes active only after approval.

The PHP-to-USDT funding quote uses the PHP-per-USDT rate configured by Admin at the time of the quote. Funding amounts may be rounded upward to the supported USDT precision used by the platform. A submitted proof, wallet transaction, or blockchain record does not by itself guarantee approval.

The current V1 Fundee term is 30 days. The configured compensation model applies 2.5% daily compounding with daily centavo rounding. Historical records preserve the configuration used for the relevant Fundee rather than being recalculated using later settings.

Figures shown by the platform are generated by deterministic backend rules and are not an independent promise, guarantee, or representation that the same terms will always remain available for future Fundees. Future participation may be changed, paused, restricted, or discontinued where required by law, security, operations, or a later published configuration.

At the end of the configured 30-day term, an eligible Fundee becomes matured and the platform presents the available maturity actions. In V1 these are Re-Fund and Complete Fundee.

Re-Fund starts a new Fundee cycle using the eligible matured value according to the platform rules. V1 Re-Fund does not create new referral commissions and does not mint a new external funding AI Credit allocation.

Complete Fundee releases the eligible value into the Fundee withdrawal balance. It is not an automatic payout. The user must separately submit a withdrawal request and complete the USDT withdrawal process described below.

AI Credits are platform usage units for FUNDEES AI. They are separate from PHP balances, Fundee balances, referral balances, USDT, and other financial records. AI Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred between users.

Under the current V1 allocation policy, newly approved external Fundee funding receives 1 AI Credit per ₱1 approved. The allocation is created only after manual payment approval. Re-Fund does not create a new external-funding allocation, and historical approved Fundees are not retroactively credited unless FUNDEES expressly implements a correction.

The current token-metering configuration charges 1 AI Credit per 1,000 input tokens and 2 AI Credits per 1,000 output tokens, with an output reservation estimate used before a request. Actual deduction is based on provider-reported usage. Admin may make ledger-backed corrections or grants. Any future change to allocation or metering applies prospectively as displayed or otherwise communicated by FUNDEES.

Referral and unilevel rewards are a Fundee perk. A user qualifies only after their own approved Fundee has activated. Current qualifying history includes ACTIVE, MATURED, REFUNDED, and FULL_OUT Fundees. Pending, cancelled, or rejected-only history does not qualify.

The current V1 rates are 8% for Level 1 and 1% for each of Levels 2 through 5. Levels beyond Level 5 receive no commission. Sponsor ancestry is immutable once established. There is no level compression, and a commission missed while a beneficiary is unqualified is not paid retroactively after later qualification.

Referral availability does not guarantee referrals, commissions, income, or future eligibility. Users may not use deceptive, misleading, spam, impersonation, or unlawful promotion to obtain referrals.

Fundee and Referral withdrawal balances are separate and are never combined for eligibility. An eligible Fundee balance may be withdrawn when it has a positive released amount. The current Referral withdrawal minimum is ₱1,000.

The current withdrawal service fee is 10% of the requested PHP amount. The withdrawal record stores the requested amount, fee, and net PHP payout. The net PHP amount is converted to USDT using the Admin-configured PHP-per-USDT rate snapshotted when the request is submitted.

New withdrawals are USDT-only and are processed manually. The withdrawal snapshot records the displayed blockchain network, destination wallet address, PHP-per-USDT rate, quote time, and USDT payout amount. The current withdrawal quote rounds HALF_UP to 6 USDT decimal places.

Submission is not payment confirmation. A withdrawal may move through review, approval, processing, completion, rejection, or cancellation states. FUNDEES will not mark a withdrawal completed before the payout has actually been processed.

You must provide a valid USDT receiving address that supports the exact network displayed for your withdrawal. The network shown by FUNDEES is part of the payout instruction and may change only through Admin configuration for new requests.

Sending or receiving digital assets through an incorrect wallet address or blockchain network can cause permanent loss. You are responsible for verifying your receiving wallet, exchange deposit instructions, and network compatibility before submitting the request.

FUNDEES does not require your wallet seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key, or signing key. Never provide those credentials to FUNDEES staff, support, or another user.

USDT funding and withdrawal operations are intentionally manual in V1. FUNDEES may review payment proofs, account history, wallet information, duplicate submissions, suspicious activity, and other information reasonably necessary to validate a request.

Financial, AI Credit, referral, and audit records may be maintained as immutable or append-only records where required for reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, and platform integrity. A correction may be recorded through a new adjustment rather than deleting or rewriting historical records.

You may not use FUNDEES for fraud, theft, account takeover, money laundering, sanctions evasion, illegal transactions, harassment, malware, credential theft, unauthorized automated access, exploitation of platform bugs, manipulation of ledgers, falsified payment proofs, or activity that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, authorization rules, account restrictions, withdrawal controls, manual review, AI Credit metering, or security systems.

FUNDEES may maintain, update, improve, pause, restrict, or discontinue features. This includes AI providers, AI models, rate limits, project availability, future Fundee offerings, payment rails, supported networks, and non-historical configuration for future transactions.

Changes do not authorize FUNDEES to silently rewrite completed historical financial records. Where the platform snapshots a rate, fee, network, compensation configuration, or other transaction value, the stored historical snapshot remains the reference for that transaction.

Digital-asset transfers, online services, AI systems, and participation features involve operational and technical risks. Network congestion, wallet errors, provider outages, security incidents, incorrect addresses, incorrect networks, market movement in USDT/PHP exchange value, and service interruptions may affect timing or usability.

FUNDEES does not guarantee future profit, referral income, uninterrupted access, a particular AI result, a fixed external exchange rate, or continued availability of a future Fundee configuration. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as personalized investment, tax, legal, or financial advice.

FUNDEES may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security threats, legal obligations, material violations of these Terms, or risks to users or the platform. Where appropriate, access may be restored after review.

Suspension of account access does not authorize deletion or fabrication of historical financial and audit records. Outstanding matters may remain subject to manual review.

FUNDEES software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit protected platform materials.

You remain responsible for content you submit to FUNDEES AI or upload to the platform and must have the rights necessary to submit it. AI output may not be unique and similar output may be generated for other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FUNDEES is provided on an "as available" basis. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

FUNDEES is not responsible for losses caused solely by a user's incorrect wallet address, incorrect network selection, disclosure of private wallet credentials, unauthorized account sharing, or reliance on unverified AI output, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our collection and handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using FUNDEES, you acknowledge that platform operation requires processing of account, security, transaction, wallet, AI usage, notification, and other data described there.

FUNDEES may update these Terms when the platform, legal requirements, security controls, or business rules change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or verified account contact methods where appropriate.

Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law. If applicable law requires a different form of consent, FUNDEES will use that process.

Questions about these Terms, account access, payment review, withdrawals, or privacy should be submitted through the official support or contact channel made available on fundees.app. Never send passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or recovery phrases in a support message.
